Background
How do we want to live, learn and work in the future? The Future Summit 2026 invites young people, teachers and organisations to explore these questions together in an open, creative and action-oriented way.
Our approach
The Summit thrives on diversity and participation: Together with young people, schools, NGOs and companies, a programme on sustainability, justice and future careers is being created - inspiring, relevant and with a festival vibe.

Do you want to have a say in what the Future Summit looks like?
Are you between 15 and 25 years old? Then join the youth team!
Here you will help shape the topics, activities and workshops that take place at the Future Summit. Together with other young people, you will develop ideas, contribute your perspective and become part of a creative, motivated team.
Why take part?
- You gain experience for yourself, your future and your
- Environment.small compensation of CHF 100
- You determine the time required in addition to the 3 set dates (kick-off, joint programme design, future summit, approx. 10h)

Guide to the Ethic Award
Young people who take part in the Future Summit can submit their projects to the Wegweiser Ethic Award.
The award honours initiatives that show how young people take responsibility, think creatively and act ethically - and thus make a concrete contribution to a sustainable future.

The Future Summit thrives on diversity and cooperation. We are looking for organisations, institutions, initiatives and companies that deal with future topics - from climate, social issues and innovation to culture, education and business. Together, we are creating an inspiring learning and meeting platform where young people can find out how the future can be realised.
